A fitness app is a software application that is designed to help users track and manage their physical activity, exercise routines, and overall fitness goals.  The workout screen usually displays a list of exercises or activities, with information about the number of sets, reps, or duration of each exercise. Depending on the app, the user may also be able to see additional information about each exercise, such as a video demonstration, recommended weight or resistance, and tips on proper form.
