• You authorize us to charge your debit card or credit card or any other means of payment for the fees once you register or opt for any of the Certification Courses mentioned on the Website. All fees shall be collected in Indian Rupees from you through the below-mentioned payment collectors or gateways. • Google Pay • Paytm • Bank Transfer • Cheque • UPI Payments • Razor Pay Or such other payment collector or gateway as integrated and notified by Designerrs Academy.
• Total fees will be inclusive of applicable taxes; such tax is based on the bill-to-address and the tax rates in effect at the time you register for any of Designerrs Academy’s Certification Courses. The tax rates shall be as per the prevalent tax laws and are subject to change if there are changes in the extant tax laws.
• Designerrs Academy reserves the right to modify the fee structure of the Certification Courses by informing you in advance through various modes of communication including but not limited to website, in-person counselling session, telecommunication, email or short messaging services(SMS), WhatsApp, etc., which shall be considered as valid and agreed communication.

To facilitate the student with easy payment options, Designerrs Academy provides you with the below-mentioned payment options:

• One Shot Payment option: Full payment of fee at the time of registration for the Certification Course.
• Loan advances from Designerrs Academy’s Financial Partner: You will be asked to submit the following documents for the release of loan as and when requested by Designerrs Academy’s Financial Partner: Passport size photos – 2 Aadhar Card PAN Card Such other documents as and when required by the Financial Partner for the Loan Advancement.
• In case you are not employed then the co-borrowers documents must be submitted 7 (seven) days prior to the upcoming batch of the Course.
• Loan approval is necessary before joining the upcoming batch of the Course or else you shall not be permitted to join the upcoming batch due to non-approval of the loan from the financial partner.
• In the background of the above, if you have made the registration within 4 days of the upcoming batch you will be given a grace period of 3 (three) days to get loan approval.
• Designerrs Academy’s Financial Partner shall contact you over telephone call/ email/ WhatsApp for a quick approval and further assistance concerning Loan Advances. Further, you agree to receive and abide by all such communication.
• “Financial Partner” refers to a third-party service provider or agency servicing loans to you for the payment of fees. You agree and acknowledge that you shall not hold Designerrs Academy responsible for any loss or damage caused to you during the process of loan advancement, or due to any acts or omissions on the part of third parties, or for any actions/ omissions which are beyond the control of Designerrs.
• In case your Loan option gets rejected then you are required to make the payments of fees via One-shot payment on or before 4th session of the batch or to opt for other flexible financial options on case to case basis but not guaranteed upon mutual agreement between you and Designerrs Academy. Further, if the loan gets rejected you can be asked to pay in 2 (two) equal instalments (based on case to case basis). However, the upfront discount provided to you (if any) shall be revoked. You hereby further agree that the discount can only be availed in cases wherein the full payment of fees is made by you on or before the 4th session of the batch.
• 100% payment needs to be done before the start of the session. Failing to do so will result in not being able to access the curriculum/sessions for the course enrolled. In the case of EMI, all the relevant documents need to be submitted within 24 to 48 hours after the registration. If documents are not approved by the Designerrs Finance Partner, you will not be allowed to attend the session.

Under no circumstances will Designerrs Academy provide a refund on any of our courses. All dues are liable to be paid once registration is complete. Finishing registration is a commitment to pay the full fees whether the course is pursued or not and does not constitute the ability to withdraw from the course or cancel on any part nor full payment due at any point in time after registration. You cannot transfer or adjust the course amount for any other transactions.

• Achieve the minimum evaluation score or equivalent parameter based on the enrolled course in the evaluation session. Meet the minimum attendance requirement.
• Complete activities regularly and on time. Inactivity in activity files for more than two weeks will impact your eligibility.
• Submit course deliverables if any, within the stipulated time
• Ensure that deliverables submitted are original work done independently.
• In case you fail to meet the eligibility criteria, you will not be eligible for job support. However, an opportunity to be eligible might be provided based on your performance and efforts within a stipulated time.

• You will receive job support until you secure a full-time job offer or an internship up to 6 months post-course completion.

Placement assistance may be revoked under certain circumstances, such as:

• Failure to follow through the interview process in a timely and professional manner.
• Not applying for job postings regularly. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account individual circumstances and situations such as medical conditions etc.
• Instances of plagiarism in assignments or tasks shared by recruiters.
• If the first job offer you receive has not been accepted.

• The location of job opportunities is contingent upon regional demand.
• International learners have the option to explore remote job opportunities in India regardless of their location. However, for job positions that mandate in-office work in India, it is necessary to meet the required authorization and permit.

• Competent in spoken and written English.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree/diploma by the time of course completion.
• Open to various UX job roles and locations as they are subject to market demand.
• Complete the track within the stipulated time.
• Achieve the minimum evaluation score or equivalent parameter during the evaluation sessions.
• Meet the minimum attendance requirement.
• Complete activities regularly and on time. Inactivity in activity files for more than a weeks will impact your eligibility.
• Submit course deliverables if any, within the stipulated time
• Ensure that deliverables submitted are original work done independently.
• Meet the necessary authorization and permit to work in India.
• In case you fail to meet the eligibility criteria, you will not be eligible for a job guarantee.

Job support may be revoked under certain circumstances, such as:

• Failure to follow through the interview process in a timely and professional manner.
• Not applying for job postings regularly.
• Instances of plagiarism in assignments or tasks shared by recruiters.
• If the first job offer you receive has not been accepted.

• In the event of a recession, we reserve the right to extend the job guarantee period of 9 months at our discretion to accommodate the impact of the economic downturn

• For opportunities shared over the job board, you be directly connecting with recruiters, Designerrs Academy will not facilitate the process.
• You can access the Job board only on successful submission of all required deliverables for the enrolled course.

• Support and encourage your batch mate as much as you can, you will, after all, be imbibing knowledge together and it makes the task a whole lot easier to have an encouraging partner.
• Use friendly and respectful language to get your point across.
• Be welcoming of questions and do not interrupt the mentor or your batch mate while he’s asking a question.
• Do not belittle anyone. Understand that we’re all equal and stay humble.
• Stay open to divergence.
• Understand that you are to practice everything that is taught here at Designerrs Academy. The idea is to touch upon the concept and have you discover and divulge the same through practice.
• Do not ever bog down a batchmate who does not seem to understand a concept, if you have simpler words that you think may help him understand the same, please feel free to pitch in.
• Designerrs Academy takes the utmost care of our learners during their session hours. However, out of the facility, Designerrs Academy ceases any responsibility, which includes our events, off-site workshops and other things organized by us.
• Your attitude and deportment must conform to the standards inherently necessary to advance the educational process. Failure to observe these standards may result in a review of your behaviour and potential removal from the learning experience.

• During course hours, accompanying friends to Designerrs Academy is strictly not permitted.
• You can only use types of equipment and software assigned to their respective courses, which will be explained to them by the faculty. No cracked version of pirates software should be used using Designerrs Wifi connection.
• You are agreeing to the terms that you will not share assignments, session recordings, or any such study material provided by Designerrs Academy with anyone. In case of non-adherence to the policy, payable charges shall be applicable.
• Communication Plays a very important role in learning and ensuring the same. A common communication Channel will be created, for all modes of communication (Formal or Informal) with the mentor or learners over the dtalks community. Any other private non-official communication channel is strictly prohibited, If found it has to be immediately deleted and further Designerrs Academy will not be responsible for any miscommunication caused.
• If you are eligible, goodies will be shipped the goodies within 1-2 weeks of their session starting date. This is subject to the constraints of the operation in the shipping service based on your current addresses. You will be responsible to provide the correct address. In case an incorrect address is provided, to re-ship the extra delivery charges will be borne by you.

• Treat everyone with respect. Absolutely no harassment, witch-hunting, sexism, racism, or hate speech will be tolerated.
• No spam or self-promotion (server invites, advertisements, etc) without permission from a staff member. This includes DMing fellow members.
• No age-restricted or obscene content. This includes text, images, or links featuring nudity, sex, hard violence, or other graphically disturbing content.
• If you see something against the rules or something that makes you feel unsafe, let the staff know. We want this server to be a welcoming space

• Once enrolled reallocation to a different batch is not possible under any circumstances.
• Discontinuing the course will lead to the cancellation of your admission. To continue with the course, re-enrolment is mandatory.

• Designerrs Academy can assign any mentor as per their availability to your batch.
• Entering the session late is at the discretion of the Mentor. The session will start at the exact time.
• Classes are subject to minor rescheduling due to national holidays, Mentor Unavailability, and other reasons. In these cases, we ensure you provide the rescheduled dates without affecting your learning experience.

If you are self-employed or own a business, provide clear pictures of the front and back of your Aadhar card in Jpeg/Jpg format, submit a signed Pan Card in Jpeg/Jpg format with a clear picture of the front, present a detailed bank statement in pdf format for the last 3 months, and provide Income Tax Returns (ITR) in Pdf format for the last 3 months.

• A certificate of completion will only be awarded after the evaluation session and upon successful submission of all required deliverables.

• If you fail to complete the course or do not submit the required deliverables, the certificate will not be issued under any circumstances.

• Designerrs Academy holds the ownership and all rights to use the deliverables and reuse as it is or with some modification.
• Designerrs Academy can share the pictures from the training sessions on social media including pictures of the Learners.
• Placements, whether assisted or unassisted, can be featured on Designerrs academy social media.
